Dillon customer service complaint

Back when I started reloading with an RL450 I had the plastic primer tubes. That was a long time ago.
I am currently using a Dillon RL550, for over ten years.
I think I still have one or two plastic tubes, and would be happy to send them to you, free of charge.
Please pm me.

I’m I understanding this correctly, you have 75 primer tubes that are approximately 40 years old and you’re pissing and moaning about Dillion not replacing them en mass?

I’d say your grandfather got his money’s worth out of them.

The things people choose to get bent around the axle about never ceases to surprise me.

So you take the time to comment and revive a post where I was moaning and groaning.... how original.

This entire post was around Dillon no bs warranty and their refusal to honor it.

Further more if you actually read the op you will notice I did not want all replaced and Gary would not let me express that before he shut me down.

Get the facts right before you roll up with that logic of yours.

Well, this is a discussion forum, isn’t it? ;)

Look Dan, if having 75 primer tubes wasn’t germane to the original conversation with Dillion why bring it up to them and reiterate now in this post. It’s confusing.

No offense Dan, but have you considered that maybe your attitude and how you come across to others might be contributing to the problem?

It’s something to think about.
