No, they don't include an expander die. (Because they are marketed at folks who have a Dillon press and a powder-thru expander that is part of the powder measure.)
So, if you are referring to Dillon pistol dies, you will have to do something else to handle creating a bell. If you are referring to Dillon rifle dies, they should work fine.
