Recently moved, I can now shoot in my own back yard, I set up my 3 Dillon's as well as my Rock Chucker and T7, could not get my SDB to function properly, called the 800 number, in 5 minutes my problem was diagnosed and today just 2 days latter the parts arrived in my mail box at no charge, Dillon is probably the most reliable, and responsive company that I have ever dealt with.

They have a very loyal following for a reason and they work hard to keep it. Word of mouth goes a long way.

Dillon is pricey but the presses work very well and they are there when you need them. The few warranty parts I'v got from them arrived within a day or two. I see no need to buy a different brand. Congrats on the new place. I strive to buy a place oneday where I can do the same.

We just moved from the "city" to a garage apartment where I can see my new house being built. The most surprising thing to me about the "country" was the number of gun shots I hear each day. Some sound like deer hunting, others like squirrel popping, and some like shotgun for clays. The very first neighbor to come over jumped out of his truck to shake my hand and was wearing a 38 open carry. I was looking at it and he said not to let it bother me. I just pulled up my jacket to expose my J-frame and he just grinned really big. We've been pals ever since.

The biggest change is, like you say, being able to lean out the back door and cut loose with a few whenever you feel like it. I'd like to shoot more, but my Dillon is buried somewhere in the store room.

Dillon does work hard to keep their customer base. They have competition in Hornady and they cheap by including bullets with the press.

I've owned 3 Dillon presses so far, a 550, 650 and 1050. I'd still buy another in a heartbeat.
