I had an old Dillon Square Deal Reloading press sitting in my backyard shed for about 10 years. It got so rusty you couldn't even move the handle! I just recently got back into shooting/reloading. Was about to dump the old, rusty Square Deal in the trash when I read about Dillon's No BS Warranty some where on this site. I called them & they said they could repair it for their standard $29.95 repair charge plus shipping. Sent it off to them explaining that I would understand if it would cost more to repair because it was my fault that I left it in a damp enviorment for 10 years that turned it into a rusty old bucket. They certainly made good on their warranty! I got back my press in almost like new condition for $29.95 plus shipping. Unbelieveable! Kudos to the Dillon Company & their Helpfull Staff for going above & beyond! Just wanted to give gredit where credit's due!

nice to see a company make good. Now, some people would say it's stupid on their part. After all, it wasn't a machine defect. However, you'll always be a Dillon guy, and probably influence a lot of others.

It amazes the that companies in America spend millions on advertising, then treat their customers like dirt. A little good PR goes a long way.

very cool

What is also good is that it seems like most suppliers of reloading equipment are the same way. Then however these same companies know they are made is u.s and are being sold to u.s citizens who shoot and reload. so you know they take care of us.
