Dillon Precision

I have owned one 450 and three 550s. Currently just the one 550. Ten plus years old and going strong.
Any time I have contacted Dillon, they have been great.
I just bought a .32 S&W and bought a caliber conversion...$75.
The fact that the USD is not worth what it once was is not Dillon's fault...'nuff said.

I've had great luck with dillon as well. vacuumed up the pins once and they sent me new ones. I also ordered a spare parts kit at the same time and they just shipped that for free along with the pins. hard to argue with service like that.

TBH. I have had excellent customer service with the red and green units too.

I have 2 Dillon RL550s. One is over 30 years old and the other probably less than 10 years. The old one developed some wear that caused the shellholder platform to rotate a bit when the operating lever was run through a cycle. I called Dillon and they said to send it in and they would fix it. I sent it in and they fixed it within a week a no cost. I had to pay to ship the press to Dillon, but they paid the shipping back to me. Why would anyone use anything other than a Dillon press? Not me!!!
