I ordered 5 Small Primer Pickup tubes, 3 of them will only pickup about 5 primers and then they get jammed and wont pickup any more, i have to force the yellow cap off to get the primers out, ive tried switching out the yellow caps with new ones but the same problem happens with those 3 tubes, the other 2 work just fine. Am i doing something wrong?

The only problem I could see would be damaging the plastic tips.
Given you know how to use the pickup tubes and there is nothing stuck inside the tubes or a kink in the tubes, about the only thing left is the rather easily damaged plastic pickup piece itself.
I, personally, prefer the old RCBS and Hornady all-metal pick-up tubes.

I had the same problem with a couple. I took a case mouth deburring tool and gave it a very light twist on the metal to make sure there weren't any burrs snaging the primers. Next, make sure the plastic cap is on as far as it can go. If there is any gap between the inside of the plastic cap and the opeining of the metal tube primers will hang up. As others have suggested - call Dillon. They go the extra mile to make things right.

Sound Dude nailed it....I have had the same issue with pickup tube. You need to have the pick up tip all the way on tube or you will get 3-5 primers in the tip and the first primer trying to get into metal part of tube will turn and jam right at the beginning of pickup tube. I never have de-burred my pickup tubes but cannot see why it wouldn't be a good thing to try.

One other possibility is out of round primers. I experienced this problem with one lot of Winchester primers about two years ago. Other brands slid in just fine and other lots of Winnies slipped in OK, but there was one particular lot of primers that just would not work. I measured than and they were about .008 out of round. Just enough to stick.

I had some out of round large pickup tubes. They were mailed w/ a press and were not in anything ridged; just a plastic bag if I remember correctly. E-mailed Dillon and they replaced them and they were mailed in a ridged tube. The new ones work.
