I finally got around to sending my Dillon Square Deal B Back to Mothership. Scheduled to return to me next Wednesday. I'll be out of town; it will still be waiting for me when I get home. It was suggested here to consider sending it back. It was $85 plus shipping. I shipped it out last Wednesday and received return shipping notice yesterday. According to the tracking it was received by Dillon on Monday this week. They replaced a bunch of parts.

Not sure there was anything that they didn't replace. We'll see when it gets back. Now that is service. I wouldn't have minded if they changed me for all the parts. Good piece of mind to know that everything is good.

Let me know if you want to trade a NEW. 357 conversion kit. I might buy another here and I already have .357 & .45 but need 9mm or other pistol size

I sent one of my used SDB's to them for a going over / check out, cost me $54.00 to ship I believe. Dillon sent me a new press $0.00
I guess that's why I own 4 Dillons's 2 - SDB used ,1- 550 my original purchase new in 1994 and a used 650 in 2021.

I’ve sent my Square Deal in twice to Dillon. First time was after 10 years of use and I just wanted it cleaned up and reset to factory settings. Little things were off just a bit and bugged me. I paid for shipping and I think $65.00 for the rebuild. I got lots of little parts replaced that surprised me, basically a total rebuild, even a new paint job.

The second time I sent it in had to do with some of the screw holes were getting buggered. They paid for the shipping both ways and the entire rebuild was on them. I got it back 10 days after I had shipped it to them. You can’t much better than that. Enjoy your “new” machine.

I've had a few interactions with Dillon over the years. I didn't consider any of them above average. I've had better experiences with both Hornady and RCBS.

Got back from my trip to find a box from Dillon awaiting me. Opened it last night and re-assembled. Loads of new parts. Looks like the powder dispenser is rebuilt. Even a new hopper. Metal looks old, but everything else new. Handle for the press is new. Dies look new or they are just super clean. The tool head if that's what you call it also looks new. The low primer warning system new. An excellent way to spend $85 plus shipping. Very happy.
