i was watchin dirty harry and started to wander what the he!! id do if i got pulled over by someone impersonating a cop, and the impersonator just walks up and draws to fire on you?

what could
you even do in a situation like that? get shot?

Drive off if possible... and call 911.....

If you cannot drive off, and he has pulled a gun on you shoot back.

You have to consider that it might be a real cop who's mistaken you for someone. In which case, if they're shooting at you, drive away immediately, and not towards them either.

If I'm thinking of the same Dirty Harry movie where the motorcycle cop in full uniform walks up and shoots people in the head with a Colt Python?

You would be DRT, and there is nothing you could do about it.

Nobody could possibly be ready and react to that scenario without shooting the cop first and asking questions later as to his intentions when he walked up to your car.

And since the Dirty Harry cop was a real cop, you would be charged with murder if you did that.
