Disassemble Rem 700 Bolt -Advice-

Remington 700 BDL 22-250

I haven't shot this rifle in a while and thought I would take it out for some exercise. I wanted to disassemble the bolt and give it a good cleaning. It has not been done in years. I know its an easy job but I misplaced my manual and I forgot how to do it.
Please any Advice?
