Assembling my first AR-15 lower and have a quick question on disconnector timing with my JP single stage trigger (they are off for the break, unfortunately). I have it to the point where the disconnector releases just at the end of trigger release. With my finger completely off the trigger, I was wondering whether the disconnector should slightly catch the hammer as the hammer goes up and down (again, without the trigger pressed). Should the hammer be completely free to move past the disconnector if I'm not touching the trigger? I also notice a slight drag 1 out of 10 times when slowly releasing the trigger, as if the angles on the metal are just such that the disconnector is barely holding on by a thread until I release the trigger a last bit and the hammer pops completely loose.

Thoughts appreciated, first gunsmithing job!
