Do pulled surplus bullets need resized for safety?

I see that these pulled bullets are described as having "slight pull marks". Do they need resized for safety or accuracy, or are they fine to use as they are?

Naaaaaaaaaaaaaa pull marks are usually just smudges on the jacket from the pulling device. Every once in a while you may get a bullet that has been squeezed too tightly and is mal-formed, those are few and far bewtween and can just be dumped.

all the pulled m193 i've ever bought were "resized and polished" before they were resold.

I think resizing a jacketed bullet would do more harm then good anyway.

I can't see any way to resize them without loosening up the jacket on the lead core.

The only way to do it right would be in a bullet swaging die that matches the bullet profile.
