Do US gun laws also apply to US territories?

    Yes, and typically the gun laws of our possessions are draconian to say the least.

    Okay.

    I checked and their gun laws are Massachusetts level or worse

    Puerto Rico has a retarded law of no real guns in the store- catalogue sales only

    All federal firearms laws apply in US territories.

    The territories most often have their own laws, just as states do. Think DC.

    I get that now.

    Except not one of them has good laws- like DC
