The stories about steel cases breaking extractors is a bunch of crap as far as I can tell, its always followed by "I was told by this guy, or someone who runs carbine classes says so, or (place common excuse here)".
The steel cases are rather thin and soft, so therefore they will not damage any part that brass wont. Its not like they are steel .50 cases.
The truth is they are not as consistant, they are inexpensive, and can be loaded hotter.
