Does Remington still make a 6MM 760/7600?

According to my 2005 Remington catalog the only rifle Remington makes in 6mm is the Model 700 VLS. You can get a 7400 or 7600 in .243 though. I've got a Model 7 6mm and have taken many, and nearly all my deer with it.

Maybe I should not go hunting with mine anymore then if they don't make it.

Nonsense life is short enjoy it! In fact wear it out and live to miss it and tell others how you wish they would reintroduce it. Life will be richer than if you kept it locked up in the safe.

Yeah, shoot it! Its not as if its that old or that rare and besides, we've got to keep using that 6mm ammo from the manufacturers so they don't stop producing it! I was really excited when I saw Hornady come out with a balistic tipped 6mm round instead of the prevelant soft point everyone makes.
