I did some trading and ended up with a Stevens 311a 12ga. The fore end looks original and is in decent shape, but the stock has definitely been replaced. I'd like it to match, so should I get a new replacement fore end or find a used stock or matched set? Which would keep value?

First, these guns don't really hold value to begin with - since it already had been replaced, you are not really affecting anything anyway, so get a nice piece of wood you like for the stock and forearm so they match and have at it
