I've had a guy "nibbling" on my Doublestar AR-15 flattop carbine. He shot it a few months ago and has hinted he would be interested "if it's ever for sale." Since then, he's asked once or twice about the gun.
THe wife & I have been doing Dave Ramsey and, while hate the prospect of selling guns, there's something about selling it when someone's hot to buy that is ringing a bell in my mind.
This is the model I have http://www.centerfiresystems.com/ARSTARCAR-A3.aspx but chambered in 5.56 NATO not .223. 6-position stock. BUIS is mounted; also have tri-rail. I have 3-30 round mags and about 500-600 rounds of assorted .223 and 5.56 ammo (Federal, Monarch brass & steel, UAE milsurp). Gun has had approx 200 rounds through it and is in excellent shape.
Does $800 for the package sound like a reasonable offer to make the guy?
