DPMS Upgrades?

I decided on a DPMS ar-15 in the 204 but i thought that i should have them do somethings to it so i clicked on the build this rifle link and saw a few things i didnt know what they were for, what they did, and if they are worth having so can you let me know what they do and if i should need one. I will mostly be doing varmint hunting coyotes and prarie dogs.
What are these and what do they do and are they worth having:
Barrel Upgrade: Cyro-Accurizing
titanium nitride bolt carrier assembly
tactical bolt catch
Tactical Latch Charging Handle Assembly
JP gas block
Duracoat rifle finish
i know a little about triggers and would like to know if the JP adjustable would be a good one

Of all the stuff in the list, only the JP adjustable trigger is worth getting. Everything else is fluff. If they have it as an option, get a free-floating handguard too. Good trigger, free float handguard and good barrel are the three most important features for an accurate AR-15.

The tactical accessories might come in handy if you're in clearing prairie dog villages in CQB.

Cryo barrels? Well, in burrow to burrow combat the point of aim at 300 yds won't drift so much.

To answer your questions,

Tactical accessories, besides their inappropriate name (what, they allow you both enfilade and plunging fire?) are more ergonomic and some people do find that useful, esp. if you're not 100% able.

I would think the cryo barrel, who'd POA supposedly drifts less as the barrel heats up & cools down, gets more important the longer the distance & the more rapid the shooting. Never tried it, sounds like a gimmick but the long rangers can fill us in.

Titanium nitriding is a surface hardening method like case hardening. If you're in an abrasive environment your bolt carrier will wear less. But hey, for varminting keep your dust cover closed until you pull the trigger.

I don't know anything about the gas block and would have to be convinced.

The trigger? If you want to reach out & touch them an upgraded trigger is a good idea. I just looked into it here at THR & bought 2 replacement RRA 2 stagers. JP is supposed to be excellent. I'd think about pull weight, adjustability, 1 vs. 2 stage. I really like 2 stage & the non-adjustables tend to be more reliable. Pull weight is personal choice, heavier is potentially safer but potentially less accurate.
