Oddly, the first thing that hit me was the Officer (later, apparently, Chief) wheeling around a shopping cart full of guns.
So where did he buy the shopping cart? The same shopping cart store where all the street people buy theirs? Yeah, the Department bought it online, through channels, right...?
Another thing that strikes me is that it seems every FFL in the country would rather not see the whole set of FFL/background check/registration/what-have-you laws repealed.
I never mentioned this before for fear of being drummed off various gun boards, but I suspect that deep down, under hyponosis or maybe pentothal, many of them like things the way they are, and would like to see Universal Background Checks (UBC) instituted everywhere.
Yes, I understand that many of them may have obtained FFLs because of their love of shooting, etc., and wish to continue buying and selling guns under the existing laws, but deep down... wouldn't repeal of all the laws from NFA to the present break their rice bowls?
So no wonder he'd like to see all guns registered and acquired through the FFL process. Follow the money.
All in all, the video was a disgusting bit of propaganda, leading you (meaning me) along by the nostrils because you (meaning me) like to watch people shoot, then they deliver the real zinger-message. I admit only skipped through the first part for a while, then jumped to his "message" and got disgusted and clicked out.
<sarcasm> I hope he enjoys the production and acting fees he got from Mike Bloomberg.</sarcasm>

P.S. Many of us from New York/New Jersey have shed our anti-gun brainwashing.
