Due Process Requirements

I've been told that Constitutional rights cannot be infringed without due proceses (being guilty of crimes, involuntary commitment, being adjudicated as mentally defective, etc.)due to a Supreme Court case or two.

Can anyone provide a link to any relevant cases?
