Since my last pistol just died on me, im looking for something new. I saw a new baby eagle with a carbon nitride finish for $500. its one of those finishes you don't see around very often, heres a pic from MR. it looks too much like stainless in this pic, it actually has a weird color to it

I have numerous baby eagle parts laying around of regular blued, matte, and glossy black finishes. Should I exchange some of the parts, or leave it the way it is? First i was thinking maybe do all the controls black but then again maybe just do the top slide/trigger black. OR do the glossy black jericho and add on the carbon nitride finished parts.

what do you think would be the best route? expect pictures of final product ha

Never owned a carbon-nitride finished gun before but it looks neat, I've heard good things about this model, I used to own a poly compact Baby Eagle and it was a great little shooter, but I have no experience with the model your looking at.

This link may help you decide.....Judging by these prices I'd say grab that puppy while you can for $500!

I say if you like it buy it! Its only money:D

Check out gunbroker.com there's one on there with a "buy it now" of almost $1k!

yeah those ones are very overpriced. If you get MR to send it to your ffl, itll probably ring you a little bit more/less than 600.

I wonder if there's anybody that could do this finish on request?
