EAA Witness .45, whats a fair price??

A co-worker of mine has a EAA Witness .45 fullsize and is looking to sell it. He asked me what a fair price is for it and I'm not really sure. It is an older gun, at least 10 years, all steal, blue or black finish. any help?

For a plain one

about $250 if it is nice (Definitely not over $300). That excludes extra magazines and other things.

For the gun with one mag in good condition, $250. In 98% condition (fired, but otherwise like new) $300. Extra mags are worth about $20/ea. used.

You can buy a brand new one for ~$350-$380. They come with 1 mag and a crappy box.
