EAA Witness mags in CZ75?

Will pre-ban EAA witness 9mm magazines (16-round) fit into the CZ75? I have read that the CZ75 mags supposedly work in the Witness, but no info on EAA mags into CZ's. Can anyone tell me definitively if they're compatible (Witness to CZ)? Thanks.

OK. The rule of thumb is, the Witness mags work in PRE-B CZ-75s. They MIGHT work in the B-models, but usually they need the mag-catch hole opened up a little. About 5 minutes with a needle file, and you're good to go.
CZ-75 mags are plentiful and cheap, why not just get them?

Mec-Gar mags are the same as the stock mags and cost $20 at cdnninvestments.com I bought 3 and had zero failure.

Thanks for the replies. I asked this question on behalf of a friend living in the PRK, so he's only allowed to purchase "pre-ban" mags to get the 15/16 rounders. Pre-ban CZ mags seem hard to come by, so the idea was that if EAA witness mags would also work, it would give him more options.

FWIW, I own an SP-01, have the Mec-Gar mags mentioned above, and yes, they are fantastic!

You might poke around over at CZ Forum. I vaguely recall that they had a magazine interchangeability article that was posted a couple of years ago.
