I began to collect older weapons and eventually moved up to the AR which I built myself. There is a fascination like no other with a weapon that you can build yourself. I cannot understand the vehemence that this weapon generates, it is a tool like my Garand or M1A. Being butt ugly or EBR makes it easy for the anti's to separate out and ban. The AK which I personally do not own is easy to ban because it is a commie gun. Once these two guns and their brethren are gone look out, your hunting rifle is a sniper's rifle. If Diane Fienstien gets to carry a concealed weapon as a senator I believe all honorably discharged veterans should be able to keep their weapons.
