Where might I find details online to lower and flare the ejection port on my Springer Champion? I am in the process of doing an update to the gun.

My progress so far includes-
dovetailed front sight, boy I learned a few things on that one!
fitted beavertail, done that one before so it went better the second time.
C&S SFS trigger group, not sure on that one yet. Interesting but I kinda wished I would have put in a regular kit. Anyone do a trigger job on one? Is it the same as on a regular trigger group? It's heavy and creepy.
new rear sight, novak
high grip the frame.

Things yet to do-
lower and flare the ejection port.
flare the magwell.
polish for reliability.
take off sharp edges.
possibly replace the main spring housing. Not sure I'll like the arch.

I have found a lot of info on this here web, puts some interesting ideas into my addled brain sometimes.

the arched housing helped to raise the muzzle.as the 1911 shot low.you can buy preped hammer and sear for cheap money about 15 and 10. :)

Thanks for the help guys. I haven't decided to lower the port yet. I think I'll shoot it for a while before I decide if it is necessary. For now I have plenty of sanding and polishing to do where I did the file work.
