Does anyone know where I can find a replacement stock set? Mine has a bunch of arsenal repairs with non-matching wood. Since I'm refinishing it, I figure I'd like a stock without arsenal repairs. I don't care how it is finished, as I'm going to refinish it. Metal isn't necessary but I'd pay for it.

I don't want one of the ATI sport polymer stocks, I want original wood. Thanks.:)

Just to let you know, you can very easily stain the repairs to make them match the color of the other wood. This is just my opinion, but when I refinished the stock on my 2A, I left the repairs alone and I think they look pretty cool.

The first place I'd check with would be Numrich/The Gun Parts Corp. As was said, the wood for a No1 Mk. III should work, and they'll have some if anyone does. FWIW, you might even be able to pick your preference in LOP for the buttstock as they usually have at least a few of all the options.

Matching the finish on all the components is a relatively easy DIY. It can even be done nicely and inexpensively with a Birchwood Casey kit from Wally World with some care and patience.
