Just an update for anybody still curious about the process. If the status they gave me over the phone today is accurate, it should be a 7-week turn-around from the time they received my sight to the time I get a check in the mail. 10/13/2016 - Requested refund from EOTech 10/14/2016 - RMA issued from EOTech via email 10/25/2016 - Shipped my sight via USPS 10/28/2016 - Delivered @ L3/EOTech No updates were available via the status check website at any time. (https://eotech.rebateaccess.com/status.php) 12/6/2016 - Called the refund hotline for a status check, on hold 5-10 minutes. 1-888-952-9092. I was told my refund check is scheduled to be cut and sent 12/12/2016.
