THESE ARE MY RESULTS NO ENDORSEMENT IMPLIED. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. :D :D :D

Well I tried my new Expansion Industries powder. SHOT WITH A NEW GLOCK 34 9MM.

ETR-7, xtreme plated 9mm 147gr, CCI 500 primers, various used brass, 1.12 coal.

Starting at Minimum powder charge

3.6gr - 904fps average 45fps spread over 20 rounds (minimum)

3.8gr - 931fps average 30fps spread over 20 rounds

4.1gr - 970fps average 45fps spread over 20 rounds (maximum)

As far as it being similar to Titegroup, well I dunno. My max load for titegroup at 147gr xtreme bullets is 3.6gr. 900fps. 30fps spread.

Now with Titegroup, max suggested load I would get keyholes and tumblers with xtreme plated bullets.

With the ETR-7 .5gr heavier load, no tumbler or keyholes, clean crisp good stuff! :)

be safe

Thanks for the info. Sitting at the house right now waiting on my 8 lbs to be delivered. Unfortunately I don't shoot any 147 grn 9mm and I primarily got it for .45 ACP. Should be good for both based on the reports of others.

Good to know. I had scored some BE-86 recently, and have managed to snag one more pound of HS-6. should they remain difficult to find. by next fall I will need to stock up more.

Good chart! You can also call them and they will give you more info that is not on the chart.

I.E. the 147grain 9mm that I was shooting.

Seem like really cool knowledgeable folks.

be safe
