Fair price for a Winchester Model 70???

Would $300 be a fair price for a Winchester Model 70 (1972 vintage) in fair/good condition with a 4x Bushnell scope? Chambered in .270 Winchester.

I bought a 1973 vintage Model 70 in .30-06 in Good/Very Good condition without a scope for $400 last year. So, I guess it depends upon what you define as fair/good condition. Assuming it has a good bore and decent wood, that is a very good deal.
