YES...OUR MILK MAN WAS RUSSIAN BUT HE IS NO LONGER ALLOWED AROUND THE HOUSE.
THAT IS NOT THE M1A SCOUT. IT IS THE FULL SIZE STANDARD WITH THE 22' BARREL, BUT I DO HAVE IT WITH A "SCOUT" SET UP. IT IS THE ULTIMAK RAIL WHICH I REALLY LOVE. IT IS TOUGH AS NAILS AND STILL KEEPS THE RIFLE LOOKING SOMEWHAT MODEST. IT IS THE ONLY MOUNT I KNOW OF THAT LETS YOU USE THE IRONS THROUGH THE OPTIC (IF NEED BE). KEEPS OPTIC LOW AND ALLOWS THE TOP OF THE RECEIVER TO BE OPEN FOR EASY ACCESS. HERE ARE SOME DIFFERENT CONFIGURATIONS:
I expected both more rifles and a wider variety. You must have fewer bases than some of the rest of us. Also while those could be pressed into a variety of roles there are a number they are very far from ideal for. If they do what you need that is what really matters though.
The ones you have look good. I'd loose that scope mount on the AK. It looks like it might provide a sketchy chin weld at best. I'd go with an ultimak on it it too.
