So the constitution says what a judge or judges decide it says until a higher court decides it says something else?
In addition, we the people do not have the right to question or criticize the decisions of the courts?

Keep in mind that the law uses a very different form of logic than the man on the street. Sometimes that logic defies understanding of those not versed in it. As my corporate lawyer cousin likes to say – common sense and the law had been separated for centuries and only talk through their lawyers.

Do not make the mistake of underestimating your enemy. Your M1 carbine may not be safe. The leaders do know the differences in guns and write laws that are broad enough to include other types of guns other than the evil AR's they are banning.

Remember their REAL objective is banning ownership of ALL firearms.

True. I'm hoping the fact that it's a relic with some historic significance it would be over looked. Even the NY Safe act identifies these and their magazines as relics and ownership isn't restricted. The magazines have to be registered with the state police.
