"Fighting Handgun" Advanced Skills Course, Fuquay Varina, NC October 31st, 2010​

A condensed version of our Handgun Advanced Tactical Operation class, this course is meant for those who already have a foundation in handgun operation and are safety conscious. While friendly to all ability levels, this is not a class meant for basic handgun introduction. It features a fast paced curriculum of live-fire exercises that is focused on developing the advanced tactical handgun operation skills necessary to overcome any potential threat. As a skills based class this course does not feature a classroom portion, instead focusing only upon the techniques necessary to make a shooter a tactician.

The training you receive will enable you to effectively engage multiple threats from contact distance to extended range. Be prepared to get dirty in this intense course that will find you shooting from awkward positions, on the ground, from cover, one-handed, and on the move, all while performing such tasks as reloads and malfunction drills.

9am-6pm (12:30-1:30 lunch break on your own)

Tuition:

$150.00 per shooter
($125.00 with law enforcement or military identification)

Equipment Requirement:

Reliable handgun, minimum 3 magazines (pistol) or 2 speed loaders (revolver), holster, and spare magazine or speed loader carrier, as well as 400 rounds minimum of ammunition, eye and ear protection

Law enforcement, military, security, and concealed carry permit holders are encouraged to wear their normal carry set-up.

LOCATION CHANGED TO RANGE 37, BUNNLEVEL, NC

Due to some outside political pressures on the host facility, the course is being relocated to Range 37 in Bunnlevel, NC. This is actually working out to be a big positive in terms of facilities that will now allow us to include an even broader spectrum of training options.

The new facility is just 10 minutes away from the original so as not to create a hardship on travelers. All other course details remain the same.

For anyone else that would like to attend, I do have a few more openings. One of the LE agencies that was sending some folks has elected to put it off a week and have me teach the same class at their own facility. We still have plenty to keep this class as scheduled but it does allow for a few more attendees.
