Final found some powder

After 2 years of finding nothing locally this was my haul for this week

You should be ok for a little while now . I'm up to 7lbs, so I'm good for the next year+, I really want to stock up for retirement in a few years, I'd like about 20lbs, but need a safe way to store it. Right now I store it in my computer room in a wooden crate, that has a hole in the top, and the lid just comes off and on (in the original containers).

What you showed us represents many hours of reloading and range time. Sounds like a good summer.

The last few months I've been able to replenish my powder supplies and other components and am good for a few years, probably. Before I thought having reloading supplies on hand was convenient. After this latest shortage I think of the components as wealth or treasure for a shooter. And that's not much of an exaggeration.

Plenty of it at the last gun show I went to at $27+ per pound. No thanks.....It's coming around online. I have ordered twice in the past couple of months.

I got started reloading less than two years ago. I've had to buy what I could find. I've done a lot of experimenting with all the powders I could find during that time. Here is what I have collected, it should keep me busy for a while.

Ive been to our local trading post and Cabelas, but have not seen any Unique in 18 months. Good score.

I've been looking for WSF for going on two years. Last week Butch's had it all over the place. 1, 4 and 8 lbs. I tried to get an 8 but it ran out while I was putting my order together. I got two 4lb jugs-about $85 a copy but it showed up today and it looks real good.
They had Seller & Bellot SR primers on sale for about $29/K iirc. Bought 3K of those and 1K Win LP primers.
I guess I feel a little better now.

it pays to keep an eye out on powdervalley, I managed to pick up a little bit of unique and bullseye last week My local reloading store has been getting a lot more popular pistol powders in as well.
