Finally found some 223 ammo

Wow I found ammunition for my 223 Winchester yesterday I got 2 boxes of 50 UMC at Academy around 1:00 PM. That is the first 223 I have bought sense November last year. I have not fired it sense last year worrying if I would ever get any more. Now I just might go out and fire 20 or 30 rounds. Maybe things are starting to get half way back to normal.

It was $32.00 per box as to where I paid $22.00 in November so I guess that was not too bad.

Sportsmans Warehouse had cases of 1000 for $499 the other day. Between them and Cabelas there was tons of everything except the elusive 22lr. It's still quite expensive though.
