What didn’t I do lol. First thing I did was to replace the grip with a Romanian bakalite that I put on a buffer to really clean it up. Second I polished the bolt carrier to nice shine on the same buffer.Looks good, what did you do to it?
Ironwood designs makes a stock for the Bulgarian, other then that you will have to weld or rivet a tang on the receiver for other stocks to fit.Nice ! I have a Bulgarian A.K. that I picked up back in the clinton era still haven't shot it yet ,and it has the plastic thumb hole stock that is ugly as sin in my opinion I think that I will have to find some wood furnature and try for that look . Maybe that will get me to take "Ivan" out to the range .

Very nice job of refinishing your AK! I especially like the dark red color of the wood! Well done sir!
