So, I was buying some American Eagles and just out of curiosity was looking at some of the coins from other countries. Interestingly, Switzerland has a long history of minting coins celebrating their Schutzenfest:

I also recall when I was young I had a stamp collection (still do) and that there were some eastern European, possibly USSR, stamps the depicted firearms- Olympic commemoratives.
But I've never seen a US coin or stamp that depicted a firearm. Does anyone know of any? It'd be a real shame if there wasn't some commemorative of the firearms history of the US.
