I haven't heard a peep about this shooting since the identity of the gunman was made public. I doubt I'll hear any more. No rifle, and no "middle-aged white man" that "snapped." Media yawn here.

Gee, I wonder why?

I cannot see how all the red flag laws and similar will survive a challenge, given how they trample an awful lot of the bill of rights. They simply look to me like a way for the state to arbitrarily seize the property of any law abiding citizen without even giving the target of this love the opportunity to defend themselves at a hearing.
