Double Barrel 10 gauge. They thought it would be cool if I pulled both triggers at the same time. I was 11 years old.

It's amazing I didn't get a phobia from that. :fire:

Mossberg 144 LSA - it was my older brothers rifle. He taught me how to shoot with it and later on, he gave it to me when he went away to college.

What a sweet shooting little target rifle...

Ruger Single Six. My first boss' (out of college) gun.

After that went and bought a S&W 586 and never looked back.

My dad's 38 caliber service (LEO) revolver. This was back in about 1955 when I was 10 years old. The first firearm I owned was an H&R Sidekick .22 revolver.

Cranky

Winchester Model 12, in 12ga. I was 8. The butt was mid bicep when I pulled the trigger. Dad apologized. I didn't hold it against him. Wish he'd left that gun to me, instead of my brother, who doesn't shoot. Wish he'd left the Model 42 to me, as well. The other brother got that. I got the workingman's gun, so I put it to work. Isn't worth much, but I sure do love my Savage Fox.

First gun I ever fired was a Kel-Tec .380 Micro. It felt as though it kicked like a mother. But then again I could barely even get a grip on it cause it was so small. Haha.

.

A Marlin model 60 with my step dad and i still have this rifle i was 10 yrs old and am now 42 it is a great thing to introduce yer kids to new things no matter what they are. When they grow up the memories will not be of what you did with them ,but that you did with them.

First gun I ever shot was a rented 20 gauge O/U at a place called Kensington something in Barbados when I was 17. Forgot about guns for a while, then at 21 in this job I fired a S&W 65 to qualify, first handgun I had ever shot.

Astra Cub .22 short. It was a pretty weapon - stainless with the engraved scrolling and pearl grips. It was my mom's regular carry gun, but my dad took me out with it when I was 4 years old to get me started shooting. I remember it like it was yesterday, but it was over 30 years ago.

Winchester Model 1906 .22. Also known as a gallery gun. I love pump .22s. I still have it bent front sight and all.
