Started a new business. Lots of stuff to do. Finally got everything going along pretty well and went to Elm Fork for some sporting clays. Oooops. They were hosting the "Beretta Blast", and both sporting clays courses were closed. We got a skeet range and shot a couple of rounds of regular skeet. We then went to a "first shooter calls" round. Whoever was up next got to call the shot for the rest of the shooter (all shots from all stations are doubles). I.e. station 4, low house first, or station 8 high house first, etc. We finished up there and went to the "Dove Course". This is a 50 round course, five stations, all report pairs. The wind today was about 40 miles per hour, and the clays were doing all sorts of "whoop d dos". Add to that the fact that the course was set up to be very challenging and it was a fun time!

The Cynergy is still a thing of beauty and it is a laser ray of death. However, my buddy still beat me by a couple of clays with his Lanber.

It was a really good time. The wind blows for everybody. Get out and shoot. You will be glad you did.

I've had a strange year myself. Last year I got made redundant (damn American companies :p ), and didnt really get a good paid job till january this year, when I started working for Triumph motorcycles. I've since moved to another motorcycle shop, but anyway the point is for this year I've been trying to recoup money spent last year, and get myself back into (financial) shape.

It's all looking good now, and I can go shooting more. Went yesterday, felt a bit rusty but shot a round of Sporting and a round of Skeet, I'm a happy bunny :)

Glad you guys are getting out again. Hopefully, you can keep it up.

Been doing good myself on this. Close to 1K rounds a month, mostly sporting, some wobble and trap.
