I wouldn't get a tacticool gun. I'd get a combo if you want a short barrel. Mossberg makes a combo with 28" vent rib and a short barrel for home defense, versatile. You'll learn more about shotgun marksmanship by going to a clays range than shooting a tacticool gun on stationary targets.
