I place the black rifles, AR competition/varmit types muzzle down. Swiss straight pulls, and Swedes with straight bolt handles have bolts removed . Other bolt actions have bolt in action open position . This configuration seems to give most room. Lever action, single shot and dbbl shotguns are easiest to store.

Sometimes you have to take um down and do it that way.

The most difficult one to currently put in the safe is the Cobb BA50. I'm going to buy a larger safe & give the smaller one to my nephew.

alright folks, you need cardboard, stroyfoam blocks, bubble wrap (to pad the walls of safe) ducktape and a little creativitiy. i really wish i had a camrae, then i would show you the inside of our cabinet.
