starting a new thread so as not to derail the other topic...

When I made the comment above I had the flat line 160 and 180gr in mind but those are 1.3 to 1.4 dollars each. ..ouch!!! ...unless one competes at the high level, I see no point.

flatline bullets have been around for several years now. i have talked to a lot of people who ordered a box of 50, but i have yet to find anyone who has burnt out at least one barrel shooting them. and since competitors usually go through a couple barrels a year, i assume that means no one is really using them that much. if anyone here is, i'd love to hear their actual experience.
