Hello, after looking through the FL statue 790.06, I can not seem to find anything directly refering to my questions regarding FL concealed carry law. Perhaps I read through to quickly and missed it, or perhaps it's not in any statue and perfectly legal.

Hoping someone from FL can advise, or direct me somewhere that clearly explains the does/don't of FL carry. I am spending most of my winter in FL.

1. Can you conceal carry in State Parks and on Beaches?

2. In establishments that alcohol is sold, but not consumed (gas station, grocery store etc.)

3. In establishments that alcohol is sold and consumed, but not the primary function of the business (Restaurant that has bar, but primary purpose is dining.) For what it's worth, I don't drink.

+1 with above poster, #3 dont be sitting at the bar, hanging out around the bar lol you can walk threw the bar on your way to your seat or the bathroom but thats about it.

places you cant carry in FL, are Gov buildings, any place police do business (ie police station jail etc) schools, bars etc

see if you can find a copy of Florida Firearms Law, Use and Ownership its laid out in laymens terms for us slow folk! :D
