CCW is prohibited in:

"any portion of an establishment licensed to dispense alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises, which portion of the establishment is primarily devoted to such purpose; "

So, does this mean that only the "bar" section of a restaurant is off limits? I can CCW in a booth while eating?

I know in VA I have to open carry in ANY place that serves alcohol. Florida does not as I understand have any open carry.

Can someone in FL clarify? Thanks.

Weird, ain't it? If you're CCW at an Outback, for example, you can't eat in the bar area while sipping an iced tea, but you can eat in the restaurant while enjoying 2-for-1 glasses of shiraz.

OK, so my analysis was correct, then? It's weird but still better than Virginia where I have to open carry in Pizza Hut. :banghead:

I swear the antis do it simply to annoy us.
