Does anyone have experience with the Fobus 360 degrees roto holster? I am interested in getting one for a Glock 30SF and configuring it for cross draw. How does the holster latch onto the pants/belt? What are your impressions? Thanks.

you can get them with either a belt loop or paddle attachment- and can switch the roto holsters between the two styles easily. I've used them with a J Frame and they work well. They don't keep the gun as tight to you as I like, but I like IWB, so a lot of OWB holster options feel loose to me.

What is the difference between the paddle and the belt loop style? Which is recommended? Also, are the paddle and belt-loop sold as attachments or do you need to buy two different holsters? Thanks.

Paddle distributes the pressure over a wider area and increases the comfort for the wearer. Fobus paddle holsters also use rubber-like insert and makes the holster more "grippy" against clothing. Paddle holster can also be used with a belt, but not the other way. I like the paddle style because I can use the holster regardless whether I am wearing a belt or not.
