Will A Glock 21 fit properly in a Fobus Roto Holster [paddle type] made for a Glock 36 a mail/internet supply house said they do fit and that the 36 is olny a little shorter, that I know although the Glock 21 is a bit longer and the design of the holster looks like they olny fit the gun it is made for. Any experts out there know. All answers would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You, Kent:confused:

I am sorry I am not able to answer your question, but I can lend a little advice, to your situation. If you get the roto holster, make sure you get a model with the retention adjustment screw, near the trigger guard. My dad has one for his model 19 and it doesn't have the screw and you really have to tug on it to get it out of there. Mine on the other hand for my xd has the retention screw and works perfect, i have it set to stay secure but it whips right out. Also be forewarned that they don't make very good concealed carry holsters if that is your intentions. They stick out a little to much for my liking! under a coat it does ok and that is how i carry mine until I get the money for a little different one!

You might try posting the question over on Glock Talk in the Carry Issues forum.

I've yet to find holsters (other than "slides") that will accomodate another version that is longer than the ones they are designed for. Usually it's the other way around...the G21 would accomodate the G36, but not vice-versa. I'd be skeptical at best.

Hope it's not too late to cancel the order....
