Do folding bayonets have to be removed before a military rifle can be used for hunting purposes in all states? I have been looking on my state's laws and can't find it mentioned but was thinking it was a no no. I have a Mosin M44 that I would not mind using for some wild hogs and was trying to find out if the bayonet had to go or could it be left on in a folded position? Anyone know if this is state to state? Thanks!
