#1 For some reason the link you posted doesn't work.
#2 You are a Ruger Fanboy. I own the P-89 and mine shoots well and is very accurate and reliable. The P-89 is my go-to gun - but I had to do a lot of work on it to get it that way. First, I had to fix the grips - they just didn't seem to keep the gin from slipping. So, I put some special, rough paint on them and solved that problem. Then...I had to fix the trigger!
That P-89 rugger trigger was the heaviest thing I've ever shot - I couldn't believe it. Ridiculous! I couldn't find a ready-made spring on the market that would work, so I had to custom-cut a spring. It works fine, now. Nevertheless, the trigger take-up is a bit much for most tastes and I can really understand their feelings about this.
Even though I own a Ruger and use it as my main gun, would I recommend anyone buy a Ruger? No! Who the hell wants to become an amateur gunsmith just to get the gun shooting right?
I tell my friends to go buy a bargin Sig or CZ or Bersa if they need a semi-auto 9mm.
