If you were me and had $500...?

You should either tell the gun store owner to transfer the $500 credit to me, or buy an FN Hi Power.

Kahr MK9.

A buddy had one and it was a sweet shooting little 9mm. I have a PM9 and love it, but since you said stainless no plastic, then MK9.

If it was me, I would get a Glock 34 for USPSA production class. Also a 3.5lbs connector and maybe a KKM barrel.

In browsing your collection, I see a definite urban theme. You choose stainless because you live in a damp area and hate rust, or there's a definite aesthetic theme going here. Based on that observation, and that I think you've got the "basic" guns covered, I'd recommend letting the $500 ride for now and save up for a desert eagle, probably with a nickel finish.

I hear you like ugly guns, here's a few for you.

If I were you I would spend the $500 on reloading equipment.
Or training.
How long have you been buying guns, from your posts I can only assume it's a few years or less. You seem to have bought a lot of guns in a short time, not that I'm jealous, we all like to do that. But you might want to pay attention to a few other areas of your finances. How is your pension plan, your emergency fund, your insurances..?
I hate to be a voice of reason but maybe you don't need another gun yet, are you fully conversant with all the guns you have already? Are there any guns that you haven't spent enough time at the range at with? Do you know your carry gun inside out, in the dark, on your head?
I think you get me.
If you really need to buy something get a Sig, I suppose that they are on your to-do list somewhere.

I was going to say Beretta, but the Taurus is obviously pretty close kin.

I would say go with a CZ of some flavor, or perhaps an FN High Power, for a little extra JMB goodness that your 1911's don't already cover.

My only other thought is to get a Tangfolio Witness, those are priced nicely, and are good value CZ clones. IIRC, they have a 10mm model too.

As Stickjockey suggeseted Black Powder. It is different and is also fun. Ammo costs are low as it would take you all day to shoot the number of rounds a .45 Kimber could fire in 10 min. Off topic how many THR members are from Oregon?

And, PP's favorite maker, Ruger makes what is considered the best Revolver on the market, the Ruger Old Army. Available in his favorite finish, stainless. Traditional and modern at the same time.

I'd say go with a RIA 1911 .45 AND a Bersa Thunder 380. (you could probably purchase both for a LITTLE over $500)

Or, you could get a Kahr P9. I've heard great reviews on them!!!

Colt 1911A1

Colt 1911A1 in .45 ACP. You have the rest, now get the best. :D

Doc2005

Used Pre lock Smith and Wessons or Dan Wesson kits with the multiple barrels. :D

I couldn't help but notice your lack of large caliber revolvers. How about a 44 mag or a nice .357? :p
I'd spend the money on ammo and training (or reloading supplies if you want to roll your own). With the calibers you shoot you could save quite a bit of money by reloading.
real_name I'm going to have to wash my eyes out with soap after seeing those things!

I too am a Ruger man, and I am really surprised that you do not have a KP90. I know it has an alloy frame, but the slide is stainless.

Several have suggested you get accessories or ammo, but with the KP90 you can get the pistol and have money left over for the other stuff.:D

All that hardware and you don't own a single .22Lr rifle or handgun? Take the $500 and go get yourself a Ruger MK II or MK III and A nice Marlin .22 rifle. At $10 for 500 rounds a .22 is some serious inexpensive fun.

RH

OOPS my bad, I missed the MK II, But you still need a good .22 rifle.

If it were me I would trade something in to get around $900-$1000 in credit and have the gunstore order an FN FiveSeven for around $750. Then use the rest for ammo for the gun. I hear it is a blast to shoot.

I don't think you need anymore guns...transfer the money to me because I don't have near the guns you have:D

If you agree to this...PM me and we can set everything up.:neener:

Really I would focus on training and ammo

But now that I think about it what you really need is to buy a couple boxes of cigars!
