NLA - Semi-Finished Walnut Rifle Stock Blanks
NLA - Walnut Monte Carlo stock blanks with right hand cheekpiece (unless otherwise stated) are partially finished. Require final inletting process, sanding and staining. These stocks were acquired from an old Bishop inventory close-out.

They have some that will fit my prized M700 Tupperware Special.

Anyone got one of these stocks? After fixing some of my milsurp stocks I think I might give this project a go. I have plenty of woodworking hand tools compliments of my Grandfather. I also assumed control of my wife's Dremel tool setup. I still have all the stock refinishing stuff from my several milsurp projects. Somewhere I have some Acraglas laying around from my SKS stock bedding project. I think this would be an excellent starting project for a refugee from "Primitive Pete's Academy of Less than Fine Gunsmithing". The price is right too. The "Imperial Redheaded Scorpio" should approve.

Might have to call the Tupperware Special something else if it gets a real honest-to-goodness wooden stock.

Thanks
ZM

If it's semi-inletted...

You've got your work cut out for you. Depending on how semi-inletted it is, you may think that $21.55 wasn't so great a deal. ;)
