Last night I had the jaw dropping experience of watching one of the most anti-gun diatribes I have ever seen on the News EVER.
Fox News (ch29 in Philadelphia) had a two minute attack piece of the .50 BMG which out-did anything I have ever seen on TV, including the 60 minutes piece, in attacking our second amendment rights. They were cheering for the banning of the .50 BMG in New Jersey. Every lie put together and uttered by the anti-gun lobby was repeated. It can blow up a chemical plant from acouple of miles away, It can shoot down a plane. It is as powerful as a shoulder mounted anti aircraft missile, and a Bazooka. It needs to be banned from civilian possession cause its a military weapon. The terrorists will use it to destroy chemical plants and refinneries. And every gunshop and Gunshow sells them to terrorists
Of course unlike 60 minutes attack piece they did not have one person on to RATIONALLY give the other side of the story, except for a gunshop owner whom they showed firing a gun on the range, and made to look like a wild eyed psycho. :banghead:
